The Gilded Age, Season 3
HBO MaxTV Series | Jun 22, 2025
The social stakes in New York’s upper circles continue to climb. Bertha Russell, fresh off her victory with the opera, now turns her sights on the Academy of Music. Meanwhile, Marian struggles with the expectations placed on her and the life she actually wants. The Astor family still casts a long shadow, and tensions between legacy and ambition keep building. Expect more lavish sets, intricate politics, and unspoken rules that demand to be followed.
🎬 Drama, History | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Michael Engler, Salli Richardson-Whitfield
🎭 Cast: Carrie Coon, Christine Baranski, Cynthia Nixon, Morgan SpectorOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I’ve always had a thing for historical dramas, but this season just feels extra sharp. Bertha Russell is even more ruthless than before, and I kind of love it. The old-money vs new-money tension is way more interesting now that the characters are all fully in play. And the clothes? The sets? Honestly, half the fun is just soaking in how good it all looks. If you like your drama rich, both literally and figuratively, this one's for you.

Head Over Heels
Prime VideoTV Series | Jun 23, 2025
Yu-jin sells silk along the river, hoping to dodge the political mess her father left behind. One evening she unclasps a lacquered chest and out steps a stranger wrapped in moon-white robes. He speaks in riddles, claims he owes her a life debt, and attracts spirits that rattle the shutters. Romance, it seems, will have to share space with sorcery.
🎬 Fantasy, Romance, Comedy | 📍 South Korea | 🗣️ Korean
🎥 Directed by: Lee Yoon-jung
🎭 Cast: Park Ju-hyun, Choi Gyu-ri, Kim Hyun-jinOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I’m a total sucker for K-dramas with weird fantasy twists, and this one hits that sweet spot. A guy wrapped in moonlight popping out of a chest? Sold. The whole setup—romance, mystery, spirits—is just strange enough to keep me hooked, and the chemistry between the leads already has sparks. This feels like the kind of show you fall into for hours without realizing it, and I’m excited to see where it goes.

Match Me Abroad, Season 2
HBO MaxTV Series | Jun 23, 2025
New faces, new countries, and the same big question: can love be found a world away? This season follows Americans who haven’t had much success dating at home. Now they’re taking a chance overseas, guided by international matchmakers. Language barriers, cultural misunderstandings, and emotional baggage all come into play. It’s raw, hopeful, and often messier than anyone planned.
🎬 Reality, Romance | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: Harold, Nathan, Donnie, Juan Manuel, Katarina, NathalyOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5I don’t usually stick with dating shows, but something about this one keeps pulling me back. There’s just something raw about seeing people try to fall in love in a completely foreign culture. It’s awkward, sometimes really cringey, but that’s also what makes it feel real. This season's cast has some standout personalities, and yeah, I’m kind of rooting for Harold. Is it messy? For sure. But I’m watching every episode.

Helck: Complete Season 1
HuluTV Series | Jun 23, 2025
After the Demon Lord is defeated, the demon world begins the search for a new ruler. A tournament is held to find the strongest, and unexpectedly, a human named Helck keeps winning every round with ease. He claims to hate humans, but something doesn’t add up. Vamirio, one of the Four Heavenly Kings, is assigned to watch him closely. What unfolds is a strange mix of comedy, mystery, and battles in a world where not everything is as it seems.
🎬 Animation, Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Comedy | 📍 Japan | 🗣️ Japanese
🎥 Directed by: Tatsuo Sato
🎭 Cast: Katsuyuki Konishi, Mikako Komatsu, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Akira Ishida, Shiki AokiOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I started this on a whim, didn’t expect much, but got totally pulled in. The setup is wild—this human guy casually dominating in a demon world while everyone watches him like he’s hiding something. And maybe he is? I don’t even know. But the comedy worked, the action was solid, and Helck himself is weirdly likable. I ended up way more invested than I thought I would be.

My Instant Death Ability is Overpowered: Complete Season 1
HuluTV Series | Jun 23, 2025
Yogiri Takatou wakes up in a new world, left behind by classmates who were all granted powers. He’s different. His ability is quiet, deadly, and nearly impossible to counter. With just a thought, he can end anything. Alongside Tomochika Dannoura, who was also abandoned, he sets out to survive a world full of monsters and chaos. Yogiri doesn’t look for trouble, but when it finds him, he handles it without hesitation.
🎬 Animation, Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi | 📍 Japan | 🗣️ Japanese
🎥 Directed by: Masakazu Hishida
🎭 Cast: Koki Uchiyama, Miyu Tomita, Tomoko Kaneda, Yui HorieOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5This show is absolutely ridiculous, and I mean that in a good way. Yogiri’s ability is just... over. No buildup, no flashy moves, just instant end. I was cracking up at how chill he was while everything around him went crazy. It’s totally over-the-top, but I had a great time. Definitely one of those shows you watch for fun, not logic.

My Isekai Life: Complete Season 1
HuluTV Series | Jun 23, 2025
Yuji Sano was an ordinary office worker buried in deadlines until one day, he finds himself transported to a fantasy world. There, he becomes a Monster Tamer and befriends a group of cheerful slimes. As his powers grow, he unlocks a second class and quickly becomes one of the strongest around. But Yuji isn’t chasing glory. He prefers to travel quietly, help where he can, and avoid attention. The world, however, may have other plans for him.
🎬 Animation, Action, Adventure, Fantasy | 📍 Japan | 🗣️ Japanese
🎥 Directed by: Keisuke Kojima
🎭 Cast: Chiaki Kobayashi, Azumi Waki, Wataru TakagiOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5Sometimes I want something soft and low-stress, and this anime hit that spot. Yuji is overpowered, but he doesn’t care about showing off. He just wants to live quietly with his little squad of slimes, and honestly, I get it. The story isn’t trying to do anything wild, and that’s kind of the charm. It’s something I’d put on at the end of the day just to relax.

Mean Girl Murders, Season 3
HBO MaxTV Series | Jun 24, 2025
Not all friendships are safe. This season explores real stories where close-knit groups of women become the backdrop for deadly betrayals. Each episode unpacks what started out as connection but spiraled into jealousy, control, and sometimes even violence. Through interviews with those involved and those left behind, the show pieces together how things fell apart.
🎬 Crime, Documentary | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: UnknownOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5I’ve watched a lot of true crime, but this one stood out because of the angle. Stories about close friends turning on each other are just... disturbing in a different way. Some of the reenactments are a little cheesy, yeah, but the actual cases are seriously intense. I kept thinking about how easy it is to miss the warning signs. It’s not flashy, but there’s something eerie about how familiar these situations can feel.

The Ultimatum: Queer Love: Season 2
NetflixTV Series | Jun 25, 2025
Ten partners arrive together but do not stay that way for long. One half of each couple wants a ring, the other half hesitates. The solution, apparently, is to swap mates for a trial marriage. Six weeks later everyone decides whether to sign papers, start over, or leave single. Chaos with a side of self-discovery.
🎬 Reality, Romance | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: JoAnna Garcia SwisherOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5If you're into chaotic reality TV like I am, this one's a ride. The idea of swapping partners to decide on marriage is wild—and yes, just as messy as it sounds. The drama feels a little too perfect at times, like it was built to explode (and maybe it was), but that’s part of the appeal. It’s not subtle, but if you enjoy emotional train wrecks and talking back to your screen, you’ll be right at home.

Countdown
Prime VideoTV Series | Jun 25, 2025
A rocket window closes in seventy-two hours and someone on the launch team turns up dead. Detective Mark Meachum trades his badge for a contractor badge and walks into Mission Control pretending to belong. Lab doors lock behind him, motives multiply, and every clue points higher up the ladder. If he slips, the next casualty might ground the mission permanently.
🎬 Crime, Drama, Thriller | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Derek Haas
🎭 Cast: Jensen Ackles, Jessica Camacho, Nnamdi AsomughaOur Take
★★☆☆☆ 2.5/5I really wanted to like this more—especially with Jensen Ackles leading—but it didn’t quite land for me. The premise is super cool (a murder in Mission Control? I’m in), but the story plays out a bit too predictably. It reminded me of early 2000s TV procedurals, which can be fun, but also a bit forgettable. If you’re a big fan of the genre or Ackles himself, you’ll probably still enjoy it, but it didn’t leave much of a mark on me.

The Traitors NZ
BBC iPlayerTV Series | Jun 16, 2025
In this New Zealand edition of the popular reality competition, a group of contestants arrive at a grand mansion to compete for a cash prize. Secretly, some are designated as 'Traitors,' while the rest are 'Faithful.' The Traitors conspire to eliminate the Faithful, while the Faithful must identify and banish the Traitors before they all fall victim. It's a game of deception, trust, and psychological strategy.
🎬 Reality, Psychological Thriller, Mystery | 📍 New Zealand | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Claudine MacLean
🎭 Cast: Paul HenryOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I’m completely hooked on The Traitors, and I think the New Zealand version might be my favorite so far. The casting is sharp, the strategy is brutal, and every episode delivers. Paul Henry as the host adds just the right amount of dark humor. If you like mind games and unexpected twists, you’ll love this.

Kaulitz & Kaulitz, Season 2
NetflixTV Series | Jun 17, 2025
The second season of this reality series continues to follow the lives of Tokio Hotel twins Bill and Tom Kaulitz. This season promises even more intimate access to the brothers' personal and professional lives as they navigate the highs and lows of their music careers and personal relationships. From sold-out tour dates to navigating the pressures of fame, the series offers a candid look at the dynamic between the two brothers and their enduring bond.
🎬 Reality | 📍 Germany | 🗣️ German
🎥 Directed by: Annika Blendl, Michael Schmitt, Pablo Ben Yakov
🎭 Cast: Bill Kaulitz, Tom KaulitzOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5I grew up listening to Tokio Hotel, so I found this series really interesting. If you’re already a fan, it gives you a rare, unfiltered glimpse into their lives. For people who aren’t familiar with them, it might just feel like another celebrity reality show, but the dynamic between the brothers makes it more watchable than most.

Scandal, Seasons 1-7
NetflixTV Series | Jun 17, 2025
This acclaimed political thriller follows Olivia Pope, a former White House Communications Director who starts her own crisis management firm, Olivia Pope & Associates. Pope and her team of 'gladiators in suits' work to protect the public images of the nation's elite and solve their most scandalous problems. The series delves into the dark and complex world of Washington D.C. politics, where every character has secrets and no one is who they seem. Over seven seasons, the show unravels a web of political intrigue, forbidden romance, and shocking conspiracies that reach the highest levels of government.
🎬 Drama, Thriller | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Shonda Rhimes, Tom Verica
🎭 Cast: Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Scott Foley, Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, Guillermo Diaz, Jeff Perry, Bellamy YoungOur Take
★★★★☆ 4.5/5This is one of the most addictive shows I’ve ever seen. The pace is nonstop, and Kerry Washington absolutely owns every scene. If you’ve never watched it before, now’s the perfect time. And if you already have, it’s worth revisiting. “It’s handled” still hits just as hard.

Super Mega Cakes, Season 1
HBO MaxTV Series | Jun 17, 2025
Host Duff Goldman challenges cake artists to create enormous, jaw-dropping cakes that are as delicious as they are impressive. Each episode features a new theme and a set of demanding challenges, pushing the contestants' creativity and engineering skills to the limit. The show is a celebration of extreme baking, where masterful designs and epic scale come together.
🎬 Reality, Entertainment | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: Duff GoldmanOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5The sheer size and detail of the cakes on this show always amazes me. You should check it out just to see what these bakers can do. My only issue is with how the show’s edited. Sometimes the pacing feels slow, which takes away from the intensity of the competition.

AMERICA'S SWEETHEARTS: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Season 2
NetflixTV Series | Jun 18, 2025
The second season of this reality series takes viewers behind the scenes of the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Following a new group of hopefuls as they audition and train for a coveted spot on the squad, the series showcases the intense dedication, athleticism, and passion required to become one of America's Sweethearts. Under the watchful eyes of longtime director Kelli Finglass and choreographer Judy Trammell, the women navigate fierce competition, demanding rehearsals, and the pressures of representing one of the most famous brands in professional sports.
🎬 Reality, Sport | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Greg Whiteley
🎭 Cast: Kelli Finglass, Judy TrammellOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I didn’t expect to enjoy the first season as much as I did, and this one is even better. It shows how much work and pressure goes into something that’s often taken at face value. The show also touches on their push for fair pay and respect, and I think that gives it a surprising emotional weight. Definitely worth watching.

Rosario Tijeras (Mexico), Season 4

The fourth season of this gritty crime drama continues the story of Rosario Tijeras, a woman from the wrong side of the tracks who becomes a legendary figure in the criminal underworld. This season is expected to delve deeper into the consequences of Rosario's past actions and her ongoing struggle for survival in a world of violence and betrayal. As new threats emerge and old rivalries reignite, Rosario must once again prove her resilience and cunning to protect herself and those she loves.
🎬 Crime, Drama | 📍 Mexico | 🗣️ Spanish
🎥 Directed by: Danny Gavidia, Víctor Herrera McNaught, David R. Romay
🎭 Cast: Bárbara de Regil, Sebastián Martínez, Juan Pablo CampaOur Take
★★☆☆☆ 2.5/5I've been a fan of this series for a long time, so I was really looking forward to this new season. But honestly, I felt a bit let down. The plot felt rushed and kind of repetitive, and it just didn’t have the same intensity as the earlier seasons. I’d say it’s mainly for die-hard fans who want closure on her story.

🎬 Documentary, Entertainment | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English

★★★★☆ 4.5/5This show is nothing but joy. It’s exactly what I turn to when I need something uplifting. Phil’s love for food and people is so genuine, and that energy just pulls you in. Every episode feels like a warm hug. If you need something to make you smile, this is it.

🎬 Reality | 📍 Netherlands | 🗣️ Dutch
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: Yolanthe CabauOur Take
★★☆☆☆ 2.5/5To me, this felt like a pretty typical celebrity reality show. It’s not bad, and it gives a nice enough window into her life, so fans will probably enjoy it. But if you’re not already interested in her, I don’t think there’s much here you haven’t seen before.

Cadence Sinclair Eastman, a privileged teenager, suffers a mysterious accident on her family's private island. Two years later, she returns to the island, struggling with amnesia and haunted by fragmented memories of the summer when the accident occurred. As she tries to piece together what happened with the help of her three cousins, known as 'The Liars,' she uncovers a shocking truth that shatters the idyllic facade of her family and reveals a devastating past.

🎥 Directed by: Julie Plec, Carina Adly MacKenzie
🎭 Cast: Emily Alyn Lind, Shubham Maheshwari, Esther McGregor, Joseph Zada, Caitlin FitzGerald, Mamie Gummer, Candice King, Rahul Kohli, David MorseOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5I loved the book, so I went into this with pretty high expectations. While there are some strong, suspenseful moments, it didn’t fully work for me. The plot feels stretched out, and after a while, it turns into yet another show about miserable rich people. I’d still recommend it to fans of the novel, but I’m not sure it’ll do much for new viewers.

The Buccaneers Season 2
Apple TV+TV Series | Jun 18, 2025
Season 2 of 'The Buccaneers' continues the story of a group of vibrant young American heiresses navigating the rigid social circles of 1870s London. After the dramatic events of the first season, the girls find themselves facing new challenges and complexities in their pursuit of love, independence, and belonging. As they contend with societal expectations, romantic entanglements, and family secrets, their bonds of friendship are tested. The series promises more period drama, sharp wit, and a modern sensibility as these rebellious 'new money' Americans continue to shake up the aristocratic world of old England.
🎬 Drama, Romance, History | 📍 United Kingdom | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: William McGregor, Rachel Leiterman, John Hardwick, Charlie Manton
🎭 Cast: Kristine Frøseth, Alisha Boe, Aubri Ibrag, Josie Totah, Imogen Waterhouse, Matthew Broome, Guy Remmers, Christina Hendricks, Leighton Meester, Josh Dylan, Barney Fishwick, Jacob IfanOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5I still love the styling and modern twist of this series, but this season didn’t quite work for me. It goes in a darker direction, and I felt like some of the characters made choices that didn’t add up. That said, if you’re already invested in the story, there’s still plenty to enjoy. It just doesn’t have the same charm as the first season.

From creator Kevin Williamson ('Scream,' 'The Vampire Diaries') comes a new drama about a prominent family in a North Carolina fishing town. When the family's struggling fishing empire is on the brink of collapse, they are forced to confront their dark past and make difficult decisions to protect their legacy. 🎬 Drama | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Marcos Siega, Kevin Williamson
🎭 Cast: Holt McCallany, Maria Bello, Melissa Benoist, Jake Weary, Rafael L. SilvaOur Take
★★★★☆ 4.5/5I honestly think this might be one of the best new shows of the year. Kevin Williamson’s writing is sharp and suspenseful, and Holt McCallany delivers a performance that really grounds the whole thing. It gave me the same kind of tension and atmosphere that I loved in early Ozark. I was hooked right away.

🎬 Reality, Adventure, History, Mystery | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Brea Tisdale Brumels, Douglas Segal, Mark Marinaccio, Steve Beim, Lee Farber
🎭 Cast: Josh GatesOur Take
★★★★☆ 4/5I think Josh Gates is one of the best adventure hosts out there. His enthusiasm really drives the show, and every episode feels like a mini expedition into the unknown. Sure, they rarely find anything huge, but I’m more into the ride than the result. It’s one of my favorite comfort watches.
-

This season, they face new obstacles and uncover more strange phenomena, pushing them closer to the truth but also into greater danger. 🎬 Reality, Mystery | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Brian Kniffel
🎭 Cast: Duane Ollinger, Chad Ollinger, Eric DrummondOur Take
★★☆☆☆ 2.5/5I have a love-hate thing with this show. It’s my go-to guilty pleasure. The treasure hunts are over-the-top, and the claims are wild, but that’s part of why it’s so entertaining. I wouldn’t call it a great show, but I keep watching because it’s just so absurd and fun to laugh at.

🎬 Drama, Sport | 📍 Spain | 🗣️ Spanish
🎥 Directed by: Marçal Forès, Daniel Barone, Ibai Abad, Ana Vázquez
🎭 Cast: Clara Galle, María RomanillosOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5If you’re after a new guilty pleasure, this is a strong pick. It hits a lot of the same notes as Elite, with high-stakes drama and flashy teen storylines. Some of the plots felt a little thin to me, but the queer romance was handled really well, and that alone made it worth watching.
-

🎬 Reality | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English

🎭 Cast: Andromeda DunkerOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3/5You have to appreciate this show for how long it’s been around and how little it’s changed. That’s exactly what makes it so comforting to me. It’s the perfect background show while doing chores or relaxing. The couples can be unbelievably picky sometimes, but honestly, that’s part of the fun.
-

Teen Titans Go!, Season 9B
HBO MaxTV Series | Jun 20, 2025
The teenage superheroes are back with more chaotic and comedic adventures, offering a lighter take on the DC universe. This season continues to follow the Titans in their daily lives, when they're not fighting crime, focusing on the hilarious situations they get into at Titans Tower. Expect more meta-humor, musical numbers, and parodies of pop culture.
🎬 Animation, Action, Comedy, Family, Fantasy, Sci-Fi | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: James Krenzke
🎭 Cast: Scott Menville, Hynden Walch, Khary Payton, Tara Strong, Greg CipesOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5I’ve always enjoyed how over-the-top and self-aware this show is, and this season keeps that energy going. If you’re into meta-humor and pop culture references, this one’s a blast. I get that the style isn’t for everyone, but I personally think it’s one of the smartest and funniest animated shows out there.
-
The Bravest Knight: Season 2B
HuluTV Series | Jun 20, 2025
The animated series follows young Cedric, a pumpkin farmer who aspires to be a renowned knight. As an adult, Sir Cedric, married to a prince, shares his adventures with his adopted daughter Nia. He guides her through the challenges of becoming a knight, imparting wisdom from his own heroic quests.
🎬 Animation, Family, Adventure, Fantasy | 📍 Canada | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Shabnam Rezaei
🎭 Cast: Teri Polo, Bobby Moynihan, Chance HurstfieldOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5This show does a great job of telling a positive, inclusive story, and I think families should give it a shot. A knight raising a daughter with his husband isn’t something you see often in kids' media, and it’s handled with a lot of heart. Some of the lessons felt a little too direct for me, but overall, it’s a meaningful and warm show.
-

🎬 Comedy, Entertainment | 📍 India | 🗣️ Hindi
🎥 Directed by: Sudhanshu Gupta
🎭 Cast: Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rajiv ThakurOur Take
★☆☆☆☆ 1.5/5I used to be a big fan of this show, which is why the new season left me disappointed. The humor felt really outdated, and some of the writing was just hard to sit through. I think it’s lost the charm it once had and could really use a creative shake-up.
-

🎬 Reality, Romance | 📍 United States | 🗣️ English
🎥 Directed by: Unknown
🎭 Cast: Ta'Rhonda JonesOur Take
★★★☆☆ 3.5/5The premise of this show is honestly fascinating. You should watch it just to see how wild things get when online couples finally meet in person. It’s a total train wreck in the best way, full of red flags, awkward moments, and messy drama. For me, that kind of chaos is exactly what makes reality TV fun.
